• Martyna Merkel

  Born in 1989 in Wrocław. Studied at the Painting and Sculpture Faculty. Obtained her diploma at the painting department of prof. Stanisław Kortyka and at the Architectural Painting and Art in Public Space of prof. Adam Chmielowiec in 2014.

• Engaged in landscape paintings, where she focuses on monotyping and maritime motives. Fascinated in colour combinations, she creates series in blue, violet and grey. Young artist who rejects the general need for provocation and slowly improves her works creating harmonious and peaceful pictures of boats and shores.
