Horizontals and verticals, a balanced composition, a search for pure plastic arts through a reduction of means – in Radek Zielonka’s paintings there is an echo of neoplasticism of Piet Mondrian and other Dutch artists of De Stijl movement.

Diverging from nature is deepening. According to Radek
a painting must be something more than just a canvas hanging on the wall; it must be relevant to many issues such as place, time, plot. He does not limit his artistic search to painting; he is also interested in sculpture, installation and video arts.
